Aerospace Engineering and Operations Technicians install, operate, calibrate, and maintain the integrated computer systems, simulators, and data acquisition instruments used to develop, test, and manufacture aircraft, spacecraft, and satellites. Working directly alongside aerospace engineers, they build test facilities, run experimental trials on prototypes, and catch critical flaws to ensure vehicle safety and operational feasibility before flight
